It has been too long since our last hygienist post. This hygienist we are about to share, has been with us since almost the beginning of us practicing in Buffalo, 18 years ago. She has been a rock in our practice and we are so thankful for her and her patient care. We can’t imagine our practice without her, but she has let us know she might slowly be retiring by 2026. Here is what Joyce has to share about why she does what she does:

” Educating and encouraging patients so they can take control of their oral health and balance that with their systemic health is my first priority. The reward for me comes as I look back at the number of patients where I have seen a significant positive change in their oral health as well as their attitude and desire to improve their health. I am so thankful for the many patient relationships I have developed. They have allowed me to continue learning; no thing is stagnant.”
