These ladies help Dr. Cotant day in and day out do what he does best. The first week of March was Dental Assistant Week, but we had the privilege of loving on them a week late, and we hope they felt our love. They all got a pillow, among other things, that spells out the life of a dental assistant:
A mind that’s always assessing
Eyes that have seen it all
Warped sense of Humor
Warm heart
Aching back
Empty stomach
Full bladder
Dry, chapped hands
Mystery stains on uniform
Each one of these ladies plays all the vital roles in the office, while specializing in their own areas as well. Krystin keeps us organized with signs, binders, and uses her artistic abilities to rock lab work, while tackling chair side and even stepping in up front from time to time. Kade not only rocks being patient coordinator, but also is instrumental in stepping in chair side, helping flip rooms, and grabs images to keep the flow going. Jazlyn rocks follow up calls and messages, chair side assisting, and getting days organized with office trays ahead of time. Cantrell- who signs up to spend their spring break with us?! This lady did!! She is excellent at patient care, all things assisting and we are excited for her to return for this summer assisting and in the future as part of our hygiene team!
